If you wish to cancel your order, please call or email customer service within 24 hours of placing the order. Any requests to cancel beyond this time will not be approved.

If you are not satisfied with your item, you have 30 days from delivery date to return the item via mail. To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached). Final sale items including earrings are not returnable.

Orders take 3-5 business days to process. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email. Please allow 5-8 business days to receive your order.* For international orders, please allow 14-21 business days to receive your order. *Due to COVID-19 delays, orders may take more time to deliver.
